The Team Is Seeing Increase!
Today eight Treasure Hunters showed up for out reach, though a few of our regular team members were out of town.
We spent time "soaking" in worship, praying over the team members, waiting on the Lord for clues, shared those clues with the group, then went out to the location best fitting the clues received.
In two and a half hours, we managed to find 48 people who were either highlighted in some way, or matched the clues we received in prayer. We prayed for most of them, only a few declined.
It is interesting to us when someone matching a clue, I mean, really matching a clue to the T, declines prayer. We know that God has picked them out, and of course we're thrilled to find them, especially bless and/or pray for them. Sometime, the Treasure declines. I appreciate God all the more. He continues to reach out to those who openly reject Him, His mercy, His grace is all the more amazing to me each time I witness this.
Today, most of the people we talked to allowed us to pray for them.
A few of our team members felt more bold than usual, something we attribute to the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit. One young woman especially saw break through in this area.
Show up, allow God to flow, and He does. Fairly simple equation. We make it so difficult sometimes. Jesus raised up the disciples and before long, sent them out with the power of Kingdom. They did not have a four year ministry school degree, nor scads of books on modern evangelistic trends and tips.
Jesus anointing them and sent them off to do Kingdom ministry. And it happened.

Romans 10:14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
John 14:12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father".
