Cancer Healed!!!!!!!!!!!! Through A Cell Phone Call!

The Intercessors at our church began calling those who had submitted prayer requests. Carol, who was about to have surgery for cancer in the colon was called, team members took turns praying over the cell phones speaker. Carol was asked to put her hand on the area where the cancer was and Ken (her husband) began smelling a very strong and toxic burning smell which Carol said she had been smelling on and off for days here and there. He said it became almost overwhelming as it filled the room.

The lab results on the colon section removed just tested negative, there is no cancer anymore! Ken and Carol both said something changed during the prayer call. They are so happy, so thankful, giving Jesus the glory! She will give a testimony to the church when she recovers.

JESUS IS SO GOOD!!!!!

Come on, Orange County, Cancer Healed through a cell phone call!

Woman healed! Woman with MS feels the presence of God during prayer!

Tonight a few regulars and some visitors went out to a Downtown amusement part shopping area to release the power of the kingdom.

Today was interesting. We really had to press through. However, we saw the power of the kingdom manifest at a new level.

We stopped a short woman who was walking with a cane. We asked the reason for her cane, then would she accept prayer? She agreed. We prayed, she began to feel release. We prayed more and she was able to straighten up and walk upright, something she could not do for four years!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked her if she had a relationship with God to which replied, " I am angry at God" I asked her if she was ready to forgive God, she said yes with tears. I led her in a simple prayer of forgiveness towards God, she cried, her heart was softened. We prayed for her husband to release healing through his hands and prayer in greater authority.

So here is the bottom line, the woman got a healing and then forgave God!

Selah.

The team continued on. Today we experienced more refusals for prayer than usual, however we continued on our way with our treasure hunt papers in hand.

Two of us had the same clue. Orange flip flops. Last week, when we both had the same three clues, it led someone who accepted the Lord. So, lesson learned. Pay attention when clues are duplicated! So, we kept our eyes peeled for orange flip flops.

We'd been walking for some time when we finally saw a person with orange flip flops. We caught up with the woman and her family, explained we were on a treasure hunt looking for the very thing she was wearing. She liked the fact that she was our treasure. Then we explained we prayed for our clue, which was OK, she even let us pray. However, when we began to pray for unstated healing issues, her husband became uncomfortable and stopped the prayer when our words of knowledge seemed to hit too close to home. They were uncomfortable, best to honor them so the whole experience is not leave a negative impact. We had been expecting a great encounter due to the fact that two team members got the same clue for orange flip flops. We chalked it up to more to be revealed.

However . . ..

Later, after ministering to a couple people, on our way to our cars, we found a store with orange flip flops hanging on a display at the door. We entered, two male clerks began talking with us. We told them we're on a treasure hunt, pointed to the orange flip flops. Started explaining how we got the clues, which had an interesting impact on them, when in walks "lisa", another clerk. I see her name, grab my paper and pull her into the conversation. The name Lisa was a clue on my paper! I explain to her what we are doing, show her my two clues, orange flip flops and Lisa, another team member shows her his clue, belt buckle, which she was wearing. She was amazed, said she knew Jesus, and is Mormon. We asked if we could pray to bless her, she said yes. I am not going to argue about her religion while she is working, she was willing to let me pray for her, which I did. I stood side to side with her and hugged her from the side, prayed over her trusting that this was all God was asking me to do at the moment. I concluded the encounter by reminding her that it was Jesus who gave us the clues, and Jesus who sent us to find her. She could not wait to call a friend and explain what had just happened she was so impacted!

Our team member R. saw a woman limping before she sat to rest. He approached asking if she would allow us to pray for her since she was seen limping. She explained that she has MS and had just been telling her niece only moments before that after 26 years of battling the disease she was having a hard time maintaining faith. Then R. walks up and offers to pray for her! Come On! God is breaking in! She got it, is a believer and allowed us to pray.

She felt tingling in her leg as we prayed, we pressed in and prayed some more in the other leg, though she did not feel anything in that leg, we prayed again with her permission. Then two of us prophesied over her which she received, we prayed some inner healing, prayed encouragement. Following prayer she remarked at the timing of the encounter, she was greatly touched by God's intentional break in at a moment she felt weak in her faith. GOD IS SO GOOD, HIS GOODNESS ABOUNDS.

We stopped to talk with a woman who was wearing a wrist brace. She allowed us to pray, which we did three times. She felt nothing, and no change. She was agreeable to prayer for only so long and then it became apparent, even though we told her the story of the first woman who could stand up straight after four years, that we needed to stop. We told her that sometimes people see their healing manifest later, and if that indeed happened, give glory to God. Not everyone we pray for feels something happen, but I am praying for the day when all will.

It was a good day out, two woman were tangilby changed after encountering God. One stood up straight, feeling that indeed muscles and ligaments had lengethend as we asked in prayer. She forgave God for her anger, and committed herself back to Him in tears. Another woman was strengthened in her faith, received an encounter with the Holy Spirit, and was renewed in her faith. A mormon came in contact with Jesus in a way she had not yet experienced, was eager to share the news with a friend, seeds planted! Two other people received prayer which came up against belief systems and fear which interviened during the encounter. God is good, and I trust that He will continue to reach out to them in the future in other ways.

Boardwalk

Last Wednesday, a few of us went out to Newport and walked the boardwalk, looking for those God wanted us to offer prayer.

We walked for a while without any particular leading. We pressed in and began to pray, soon J. saw some men which fit a profile he has a heart to reach. He walked over the them and began to dialogue with them. Soon he was praying over one of them. J.'s wife and I stayed off to the side and interceded for the encounter.

Back on the boardwalk, we continued to walk towards the pier. Just up the initial section of the pier, I happened to look down and see a pastor whose church I once attended. I called down to Pastor M. and his wife, greeted them, told them we were looking for folks to pray for and could we pray blessings over them. Sure they answered.

We quickly walked back off the pier, onto the sand where M. and Sh. were waiting. We began to pray over them, soon they were agreeing with our prayers with nods and such. The prayer was led by the Holy Spirit and hitting targets only they understood. When we finished, they testified to the accuracy of the words spoken and that the encounter was encouraging to them. Yeah God!

We continued walking, back onto the pier. We saw a couple with children coming towards us, we each felt a stirring to speak with them. The husband made a comment about J.' shirt, which opened the door to conversation. As they talked I began to get words of knowledge about the husband. I asked him a question which affirmed the word of knowledge. Then I began to describe his personality, his gift, which his wife affirmed. I encouraged him that his heart for people was actually a pastoral gifting. I felt that the Lord wanted me to encourage this man to embrace the gift and walk in it in his secular job. He received what I said, V. prophesied too. They were encouraged, off we went.

We headed back to the church, and on the way, encountered a couple we felt mutually drawn to. We prayed and prophesied over them, they were deeply moved and encouraged. They were leaders who were questioning a decision to leave all behind in another state to move here to CA and work in a particular organization. We encouraged them along the lines of the words we got for them as we prayed. They received such and blessed us for praying as we did, saying we hit the target.

Why do I report that? We hit the target?

Our purpose is to demonstrate the Kingdom as Jesus did. When people say they saw something otherly occur, they are moved to question why, who? When we demonstrate the power of the kingdom and give glory to God, we have done what Jesus did!

6 Went Out To A New Location, 12 Received Ministry

Six of us prayed for clues, over one another, out we went to find our treasure!

(Treasure Hunt is the name of a book describing evangelism done through words of knowledge which point to people through clues received through prayer prior to going into the market place)

We went to a new location and quickly discovered that several clues we'd received described our location more accurately than first perceived! Wa-hoooo!

We broke into small groups, entering a drug store to look for our treasure, those matching the description of our clues. No one in the store matched, out to the parking lot where one team member stood watching for anyone matching our clues.

While two team members walked over to a tattoo store, four others stood watching the parking lot. Finally, we approached a man with an arm bandage. We asked him if he wanted prayer for his arm, I guessed him to be from India. He replied, "When it is God's will to heal, He will do so", I asked him if we could pray for that healing to which he replied yes. We prayed for his arm, then his foot which matched a clue received earlier, which we proved by showing the clue written on one of our papers. We prayed for his foot. He told us that the second clue beneath the one matching his, matched his mother's condition. He said we could pray for her. We walked over to the car, he explained what we were doing, she agreed to receive prayer. We prayed over her knees, prayed for the Lord to move in her life. She stood to test her knees and said there was some improvement after we prayed twice. One of our team members noticed a stuffed elephant in the back of the car, this also matched a clue. The mother was so thankful for our prayer, she presented us with a vase of flowers she was holding!

We left Sh. and S. to find our team members, the were still at the tattoo parlor talking with T. who was discussing with R and B the merits of the bible, God, personal relationship and His presence. They prayed for T. a bit, talked with him, planted seeds, yeah God. Oh, the fellow working with him in the parlor, yup, a Christian. Our team was no doubt an answer to prayer! Back up!

Off we went. . . . . At the corner, next to the stop light we noticed a young woman wearing orange, matching a clue, she was asked if she need prayer, she was reluctant, the light turned green, she said she is Catholic, turned to enter the crosswalk, "What's your name we asked?" "Mary", she matched two clues, stay tuned, we encountered another Mary. . .

In Big Lots, we found C. and W., who matched a clue. He was wearing a belt, the specific clue written on paper. We approached W. and told him we were on a treasure hunt, showed him the paper where belt and buckle was written. M. a team member, held up his paper and showed C. that her clothing matched his clue, green and white clothing. W. was intrigued, listenend. His wife, C. was not as open at first, but did warm up to our invitation of prayer. She explained that they were involved in ancestor worship, but would allow us to pray for them. We laid hands on these two on their shoulders, prayed blessings, prayed that they would encounter God who loved them and sent us to find them. Then C. explained that she does attend Catholic church, in addition to her other beliefs. We reinforced that it was Jesus who we prayed to for the clues that led us to her and W. her husband. They expressed gratitude, hugged us for stopping to talk with them. I handed C. the flowers given to me earlier by the other woman who received prayer. The blessing continued . . .

The other half of our group ministered to a woman they sensed needed encouragement inthe parking lot. A few of us stood at a distance to interced, when we noticed a woman come out of the Goodwill store limping. She'd been seen by a team member earlier standing at her register, favoring her foot, which matched an ailment clue. We approached L., explained what we were doing, she allowed us to pray. We prayed for a while for her injured foot to be healed. She did not feel anything improve, nor God's presence. Then the Lord prompted to pray for her emotional needs. As soon as that was done, she began to receive from the Spirit. A psalm was read over her, a verse in Galations, which she received, saying she'd put both in her new bible. She needed the comforter to help sustain her, which we prayed into. She seemed grateful for the loving ministry brought her way during a break from the stress at her store. Yeah God!

More to write, stay tuned, it gets even better!

On The Boardwalk Again

The evening began with three of us, quickly there were four. We prayed, discussed a few clues, met up with our fourth member, prayed for her, off we went, two by two.

We walked towards the boardwalk by the water. J. stopped to talk with a fellow at the corner while we waited for the light, he shared God's love with the fellow, we continued on.

We had a clue, issue with arm, from a distance I saw E. who appeared to be wearing something on one wrist. We crossed the Albertson's parking lot to investigate. Nope, another object. Well, we came this far, we could ask if she needed prayer? We asked, after a short discussion she said yes. We prayed for healing for a few issues, she felt some peace and warmth come through her chest. She asked us to pray for her son, we did. We gave her a card to a Healing Room with an invitation to come for more prayer. Off we went . . .

We reached the boardwalk, walked for some distance, no one fit our few clues, or seemed to stand out. When we reached the parking lot, we came upon a couple standing next to a car, which had seat covers matching a clue. We explained the treasure hunt we were on, which took some doing since there was a cultural and language barrier. It took hold, yes, they wanted prayer, now they understood. We prayed, the woman was greatly encouraged, the husband took it all in, responded to our compassion. Off we went. . . .

A short distance away, we were approached by a man who wanted us to take his picture with his girlfriend who just accepted his marriage proposal. We explained to H and C that we were on the boardwalk looking to pray for people, would they accept our prayers of blessings after taking their picture. "Yes" they replied! We did so, we prayed blessing, prophesied, prayed healing for her foot, they took pictures with us they were so touched, I noticed a man close by agreeing in prayer with us for the couple. I called him over.

Patrick had just arrived from Montana, we prayed for him, direction, wisdom, clarity, blessing, we sensed some things going on in his life, choosing to pray silently while others prayed out loud. He was grateful for the prayer, off we went. . . . .

We came upon J and C, at first we chatted, then we discerned that God was moving us in the direction of praying for them. They accepted, we prayed led by the Spirit, with words of knowledge, they were blessed. They were here on vacation from Oregan, the Lord directed our paths to meet, how cool is that?
Romans 10:14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"

John 14:12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father".
