Healing Breaks Into A Large Family At The Beach
I will start with the last story first.
Three of us went out to walk the board walk in Newport Beach. We had so much fun tonight.
The last family we talked with included 7 children. J. one of the team members approached the family at the waters edge. He talked with them a bit, then his wife V. and I approached as well. Soon we were praying for the knee of one of their children. He felt improvement, we prayed again, still more improvement, we prayed again. Then another says, pray for me, he feels improvement! Then another one says, "do me".
We pray, he stretches out his ankle and says its better. A daughter says, pray for me too! We do and she is asked to do something she could not have done before prayer. She stretches out her ankle and smiles, kind of shouts, "the pain is gone, it's gone!"
Now four out of the seven have received prayer. This leads to praying with mom and dad for all the kids teeth which are prone to issues. Prophecy begins to flow. This leads to praying for a young woman related to the family who is going away to college. She is not used to having people prophesy over her, but she receives it and appears encouraged. We talk some more with the family who says that their faith has been raised from a place of believing some people carry a special anointing to heal, to receiving encouragement that the Lord is releasing healing through normal every day folks like us, and now them!
By the way, in talking with this family, we discovered they matched two of our clues, which was not initially apparent. They found it amazing that they matched the clues after we showed them our paper, became convinced our meeting was not random but set up by God.
We spoke to a Vietnamese grandma on the pier who matched a clue. Her family is budhist, and was not so sure about being blessed in Jesus name. We encouraged them, wondered what we accomplished, later, they ran into us off the pier. Yup, pretty sure they were meant to hear what we shared and God led them our way to back that up!
J. approached a father and son who allowed him to speak into their lives. J. also spoke to a group of former students who just happened to be hanging out at the beach. Hmmm.
Val and I got to pray and prophesy over a young unwed mother. We did not know that information until talking with her. I just happened to look over at her and got a word of knowledge as I was passing her. She did not own the word at first until her friend acknowledged it. Ch. agreed to let us pray. As we prayed we got words of knowledge which we spoke into her, she began to tear up. Her young son was brought our way. The Lord touched her fears with love and compassion, her friend listened and got teary eyed. This young woman was greatly moved by the encounter. So was one of the team members for personal reasons. God is amazing.
V. got to speak for a short time to a fellow in line at the grocery store, and a man fitting a clue fishing off the side of the pier. J also talked with some folks from out of state which V. and I shared God stories.
It was a fun night. It is just so much fun to partner with God in the market place. I love to watch the transformation appear on peoples faces when they realize God is breaking into their lives with His love.

Romans 10:14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
John 14:12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father".
